How long will my products take to arrive?Expand

All products purchased on our website take 10-14 days to arrive in the UK. All of the other 1000’s of available specifications take 5-14 weeks depending on the item and the manufacturer. For example, Eames products are mainly 6-8 weeks and the Saarinen marble table collection from Knoll is 10-12 weeks. However, all manufacturers have a summer and Christmas break, which can add 2-3 weeks extra. Call us or send an email for an accurate lead-time.

What are your delivery terms?Expand

Collection from Spacecraft International

  • We offer free collection from: Spacecraft International, Morelands, 5-23 Old Street, London, EC1V 9HL for all orders
  • We will call you within a week of your order being placed to find out when you will be able to collect your order

Deliveries within London tube zones 1 -6 and the Home Counties

  • We offer free delivery for all orders over £1000
  • We offer free delivery and installation for all orders over £5000
  • Delivery costs vary from  £50 - £160 depending on the weight of your order
  • We will call you within one week of the order being placed to agree a delivery date
  • Delivery hours are between Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm
  • Spacecraft use a trusted furniture courier delivery and installation service
  • Packaging will be taken away even with free delivery, this is part of the Spacecraft International premier service

UK and International deliveries (outside of London tube zones 1 -6 and the Home Counties)

  • Due to the differing weights and sizes of product and the wide range of order values, Spacecraft International need to quote for delivery and installation on an individual basis.  Spacecraft endeavour to keep the cost as low and as competitive as possible

Will you install?Expand

Standard deliveries are a tailgate delivery to the kerb side.  Usually the driver will help put the product into the house. If you require installation and the removal of rubbish this is no problem, choose code C or D when ordering.

Do you use Royal Mail / Parcelforce / DHL?Expand

We use a courier service which reduces the amount of time you have to wait for your delivery.  It is often possible to ask for a before 9 am delivery, so you can get to work on time.

Can I receive a product earlier than the standard lead-time?Expand

The relations between Spacecraft and the manufacturers are strong.  We talk directly to the factories and will always try to assist you if you need a product quickly.

This is a rare occurrence. You will be contacted and informed of when we can send you the item.

You will be contacted by Spacecraft's delivery team to arrange a convenient day and time of delivery.
