The international property development company’s move to the most iconic modern building in London illustrated their growth and needed to present themselves with impeccable taste in the modern arena. The company needed to reflect their 32nd floor prestige, bringing together its 3 subsidiaries into one floor as well as coping with a difficult footprint to space and occupy.
A bold statement in reception would introduce the brand with the Knoll Plateau system harmonising the back of house with the strong architecture of building. Bench desking worked best as a solution for the radial floor plan combining acoustic sliding door storage to optimize the workspace
The project was of a high‐end product specification, and each element for the project was thought through as the ranges were fine‐tuned to suite together. The result was a beautifully serene and structurally balanced workplace deserving of the impressive location it is located at the top of.
