About us

Based in Clerkenwell, London, our crew has been delivering workplaces for over twenty years.

We work independently, transparently, and with sustainability built into every decision. We are also employee-owned, which means the people delivering your project are invested for the long term.

Our priority is longevity. Workplaces are lived in for years, so we recommend furniture and choose materials with durability, recyclability and reduced carbon in mind. Everything we do is considered, crafted and built to last.

Our approach to sustainability

Sustainability runs through every decision in our projects – from the products we recommend, to the way we report on them.

How we put this into practice:

  • Circular economy: How we score furniture for longevity and future reuse.
  • Reuse and RECRAFT: Our programme for keeping existing furniture in use.
  • Project reporting and certification: Carbon summaries and evidence packs for BREEAM, LEED and WELL.

We back that up with measurement: third-party data through EPDs (Environmental Product Declarations) and PEFs (Product Environmental Footprints), in-house carbon assessment using One Click LCA, and governance under ISO 14001.
