Our consultancy services include the following:

BUDGET PLANNING

  • Establish the overall furniture budget and budget allocation.
  • Prepare GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE level furniture budgets for consideration.

PROGRAMME PLANNING

  • Establish critical key dates and actions.
  • Prepare an outline furniture programme based on an initial target occupation date.

BENCHMARKING

  • Provide comparative analysis of manufacturers’ products.

FURNITURE INVENTORY

  • Conduct a furniture inventory of client’s existing furniture to determine its condition, value and potential for re-use, sale or recycling/responsible disposal.

STORAGE SURVEY

  • Conduct a storage survey to determine a client’s existing storage requirements and evaluate the future requirement against their storage strategy.

SUPPLIER NEGOTIATIONS

  • Co-ordinate and manage negotiations with potential suppliers to ensure best value procurement terms for the client.
  • Establish a set of SLAs – Service Level Agreements with potential suppliers on behalf of the client (or at Procurement Stage).
